Welcome to Gamers Round Table, the ultimate organized play site for players, tournament organizers and game publishers. Gamers Round Table is operated by Sony Online Entertainment LLC ("SOE"). Please take a few minutes to read the following Terms and Conditions of Use, including the policies incorporated by reference. The terms and conditions below represent the complete agreement between you and SOE regarding your use of the Gamers Round Table website and services, including the GRT Tourney Manager software. If you are a visitor to gamersroundtable.com, you agree that these Terms of Service will govern your use of Gamers Round Table. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use the gamersroundtable.com web site or Gamers Round Table services. To become a member of Gamers Round Table, you must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below, those incorporated in the SOE Terms of Service, and those incorporated by other reference. SOE reserves the right to make changes to our site, disclaimers, and policies at any time.
Establishing a Gamers Round Table membership
To access members-only areas of Gamers Round Table (such as tournament registrations), you must become a Gamers Round Table member. Membership is free. You may not transfer your membership to another person, share it with anyone, or use it to impersonate anyone. You agree that you will provide us with accurate membership information (such as your real name and a valid e-mail address) and will update your membership information if it becomes outdated. We may terminate your membership if we are unable to verify or authenticate the information you provide to us.
You agree to help protect your membership by guarding your password, and by changing it as soon as possible if you believe its security has been compromised. You also agree to notify SOE immediately if you believe your membership has been used without your authorization. We may communicate with you via email and any other similar technology for purposes relating to your membership or any other services we provide to you.

Posting content to Gamers Round Table
As a Gamers Round Table member, you will be able to post information on a member homepage; tournament organizers can also can also post event listings. Posted content must comply with the SOE Terms of Service.
When you create an event or register to attend an event, you must have a reasonable intention of showing up promptly for the event. Signing up to attend or run an event, when you have no intention of appearing at that event, is considered posting false content and is thus a violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Your responsibilities as a Gamers Round Table user
You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of Gamers Round Table and any products or services available through the Gamers Round Table site, including without limitation the costs of the equipment and services you use to access Gamers Round Table. If you use a version of Gamers Round Table that has been formatted for a PDA or mobile phone, you are responsible for paying all access and airtime costs associated with such use.
Your use of Gamers Round Table is subject to the Jurisdictional Issues outlined in the SOE Terms of Service. In addition, you agree that (1) you will not interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of Gamers Round Table; (2) you will not interfere with or disrupt the security measures of Gamers Round Table, SOE or its affiliates; and (3) you will not interfere with or disrupt networks connected to Gamers Round Table, SOE or its affiliates, and will comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of such networks. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOE, as well as its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, shareholders, employees and independent contractors, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Gamers Round Table, any content you post to the Gamers Round Table site, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
Either SOE or you may terminate this Agreement at any time, in accordance with the SOE Terms of Service.

If you send us a business idea or suggestion -- for example, about how to improve or expand our products and services -- you agree that SOE and its affiliates will be completely free to implement, use or modify, in any way, your idea or suggestion (or any part of it), without any payment or other obligation to you.
